The game crashed or froze!

1. Close the game completely and reopen it.

2. Restart your device.

3. Make sure you're running the latest version of the game and iOS.

The game won't install or update!

1. You have enough storage space?

2. Your device is running iOS 13 or higher?

3. You're signed into the App Store?

I lost my progress!

1. If you delete the app or changed devices without iCloud or backup enabled, unfortunately, progress may be lost.

2. Did you "Reset Game Data" in the Settings Menu? This will delete all saved game data.
